New "Fix my permissions" tool in the Help Center What is the solution to 99 out of 100 problems that come accross our support desk? Permissions, permissions, permissions. Now, when Soholaunch Pro Edition encounters permissions-related problems (i.e. not being able to save page content, incomplete version update, etc), it can fix the problem automatically and move past it, instead of just throwing up an error message instructing you to go fix your permissions "manually" via an FTP client. Note: In order for this feature you must go to Webmaster > Global Settings and fill-in your FTP login username/password (once) so that Pro Edition can pull it whenever it needs to auto-fix your permissions. |
